Returns one significance calibration: the target space, release, semantic profile, and search policy it is scoped to, the score field it calibrates, the protocol and null-construction identities behind it, the eligible support it was estimated over, and its manifest digest and size. A score outside that support is reported as a null measurement with a typed support status rather than extrapolated.
